Architectural Systems Contractor for Complex Construction
GAC partners with general contractors, developers, architects, and design teams to deliver coordinated glazing, façades, metals, railings, and specialty systems.
Integrated Expertise From Preconstruction Through Closeout
Built on more than 25 years of glazing expertise, GAC has evolved into a broader architectural systems platform integrating glazing, façades, architectural metals, railings, and specialty applications under one experienced project team.
As an architectural systems contractor, we work at the intersection of architectural design, building-envelope performance, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and field execution. That broader view helps project teams identify risks earlier, reduce scope gaps, improve constructability, and create stronger accountability before material reaches the jobsite.
GAC is structured for builders who need more than a product source. We support the decisions that affect budget, schedule, system performance, logistics, installation, and closeout.
Built Around Project Risk
Budget
Early takeoffs, system evaluation, alternates, and value engineering.
Schedule
Lead-time planning, procurement coordination, logistics, phasing, and sequencing.
Performance
System selection, engineering coordination, product approvals, interfaces, and quality control.
Accountability
Dedicated project leadership from preconstruction through installation and closeout.
One Team. Multiple Architectural Scopes. Coordinated Execution.
Complex architectural packages require coordination across design intent, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and field installation. GAC brings those conversations together so glazing, façade, metal, railing, and specialty scopes can be managed as coordinated construction packages rather than isolated products.
Preconstruction First
Takeoffs, budgeting, system comparisons, specification review, constructability, alternates, value engineering, and lead-time analysis before fabrication begins.
Technical Coordination
Shop drawings, engineering requirements, product approvals, attachment conditions, surrounding construction, and system interfaces coordinated with the project team.
Field Accountability
Schedule-driven procurement, delivery planning, staging, installation coordination, quality-control procedures, punch-list management, and organized closeout.
Built on Experience. Structured for Accountability.
