Submitting a project inquiry, request for review, or any plans or specifications does not create any obligation for GAC Architectural Systems to bid, review, price, accept, or perform any work.

All project scope, pricing, schedule, product selections, payment terms, warranty obligations and responsibilities of GAC Architectural Systems are governed solely by written proposals and contract documents issued or accepted by GAC.

GAC’s work is limited strictly to the labor, materials, products, systems and services expressly included in its written scope of work.

No item is included by implication, website content, verbal discussion, preliminary review, or submission documents.

Any preliminary comments, budget discussions, value engineering ideas, or other feedback are subject to final review, field verification, product availability, manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, project conditions and written agreement.

Plans, drawings, specifications, dimensions, schedules, and other project information submitted to GAC should be accurate, current, complete, and authorized for review.

GAC is not responsible for design errors, omissions, conflicts, code deficiencies, dimensional inaccuracies, or coordination issues outside its express scope of work.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from any GAC workmanship obligations. Any GAC workmanship warranty applies only as stated in GAC’s written warranty documentation and applicable contract documents.

GAC will handle non-public project information submitted for legitimate project review and business purposes in a professional manner.

Submission of documents does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, design rights, or project materials to GAC.

GAC reserves all contractual, statutory, lien, bond, payment, suspension, warranty, dispute resolution, and other rights.

In the event of any conflict between this notice and any written proposal, contract, subcontract, change order, warranty, or full terms and conditions issued or accepted by GAC, the written project-specific documents shall control.
