  • GAC Glass specializes in custom impact windows, doors, storefront glass, curtain walls, glass railings, and luxury glass interiors.
  • All products are manufactured in compliance with Miami-Dade and HVHZ building codes to withstand hurricane-force conditions.
  • We provide both product sales and professional installation services.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is custom-quoted based on project specifications.
  • A deposit is required to initiate orders, with the remaining balance due before or upon installation.
  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and financing options (for eligible homeowners only).
  • Late payments may be subject to fees and collection actions.

4. Order Processing and Lead Times

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, lead times vary and will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, supply chain issues, or permitting approvals.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes in delivery or installation schedules.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Changes

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
  • If an order is canceled before production, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Requests for changes to an order must be submitted in writing and may result in additional costs and extended lead times.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • All products include manufacturer warranties, the details of which will be provided upon request.
  • GAC Glass provides a limited workmanship warranty on installation services.
  • Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters beyond the product’s designed capacity.

7. Liability and Indemnification

  • GAC Glass is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from improper use, third-party installations, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold GAC Glass harmless from any claims arising from the misuse of products or failure to comply with local building codes.

8. Permitting and Compliance

  • All installations must comply with local, state, and national building codes.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining homeowner association (HOA) approvals before installation.
  • GAC Glass assists with permit applications but is not responsible for permit rejections or approval delays.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on GACGlass.com (logos, images, text, and designs) is the intellectual property of GAC Glass and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

  • GAC Glass collects personal information only for service fulfillment and does not sell or share customer information without consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
