GAC delivers architectural metal systems for commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, and large-scale development projects. Our scope includes custom metal facades, high-performance cladding, architectural louvers, screens, pergolas, and cabanas, all coordinated with the same field discipline and project management standards applied to our glazing work.

In partnership with ES Metals, GAC supports projects from early design coordination through submittals, fabrication, installation, and closeout.

Custom Metal Facades

Flat, volumetric, corrugated, expanded, and perforated panel systems developed around the architectural intent of the project. From concept imagery through renderings, mock-ups, fabrication, and installation.

Architectural Cladding

HPL systems, aluminum planks, battens, and specialty cladding for walls, soffits, ceilings, dividers, and facades. Engineered for durability, weather exposure, and project-specific performance requirements.

Louvers and Screens

Architectural systems designed for ventilation, solar control, privacy, equipment screening, and weather protection while maintaining a finished architectural appearance.

Pergolas and Cabanas

Fixed and motorized aluminum systems with zero-gap louvers, concealed drainage, and durable extruded aluminum construction for hospitality, amenity, restaurant, and entertainment environments.

GAC works with builders, architects, and design teams to turn architectural concepts into fully coordinated metal facade systems. Starting with drawings, inspiration imagery, or design intent, our team supports digital renderings, engineered mock-ups, system coordination, fabrication, and final installation.

Systems can be customized by profile, geometry, finish, orientation, depth, and panel configuration.

Flat Panels

Clean planar surfaces with precise joints and controlled reveals for refined commercial facades.

Volumetric Panels

Embossed, stamped, folded, and formed panels that create depth, shadow, and dimensional character without relying on perforations.

Corrugated Panels

Custom profiles with project-specific pitch, orientation, and finish for both functional and architectural applications.

Expanded and Perforated

Open metal systems that manage light, airflow, visibility, screening, and visual identity. Custom patterns and image-panel systems are also available.

ARCHITECTURAL CLADDING

HPL and extruded aluminum.

High-Pressure Laminate cladding for walls, soffits, dividers, and façades. Durability, UV and weather resistance, low maintenance, long-term color stability. Aluminum planks and battens for soffits, walls, and ceilings. Designed to withstand wind loads of up to 120 psf (LRFD) under standard conditions (ultimate wind speeds of 175 mph). Higher specs need additional structural analysis.

Exposed Fastener

Cost-effective HPL with color-matched fasteners. Efficient for new work and retrofit.

Concealed Fastener

Ventilated façade, hidden attachments. Clean face, simpler panel replacement.

Chemical Joint

Adhesive-bonded HPL. No visible fasteners. Seamless surfaces.

Siding / Concealed Clip

Uninterrupted façade, refined face, superior ventilation.

Engineered for ventilation, solar control, privacy, and weather protection. Wide range of profiles, finishes, and custom configurations. GAC partners with builders, architects, and designers on distinctive solutions that are as functional as they are visually striking.

GAC, in partnership with ES Metals, delivers architectural pergola and cabana systems for restaurants, resort decks, amenity terraces, and entertainment spaces. Fixed and motorized louvers. Zero-gap design, concealed drainage, durable extruded aluminum.
